Cristina Busu, MS, BCBA

Cristina earned her master's degree in Early Childhood Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas and her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has completed a post-graduate coursework at the University of North Texas in preparation for her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), which she received in summer 2007. Cristina's nine+ years of experience working with children encompasses four years of public school teaching (certified in grades 1st-4th) and five+ years of working with children with autism and other developmental delays as a Floor time and/or ABA therapist, trainer, team lead, and consultant.
Through this experience, she has had the opportunity to work with dozens of children (from 14 months to 12 years of age) across the autism spectrum, children with various developmental delays, ADD/ADHD, and children with above-average intelligence diagnosed with high-functioning autism or Asperger's Syndrome.
She currently develops and implements intervention programs, provides parent, therapist and teacher training; creates behavior intervention programs for home, school natural environment settings; conducts developmental and functional assessments; develops and implements Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals; and participates in school Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
Cristina's unique, blended approach combining ABA and Floor-Time therapies has been widely praised for providing customized, comprehensive strategies addressing the language, cognitive and social needs needed to navigate today's complex social world.
Cristina is an active member of the International Association of Behavior Analysis (www.abainternational.org), the Texas Association of Behavior Analysis (www.unt.edu/behv/txaba/index.htm) and the North Texas Autism Special Interest Group.
Jessica Strope, M.Ed., BCBA
Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in 2002 from Texas Christian University and her Master’s degree in 2006 from the University of Texas. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2007. Jessica has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for the past eight years. She has experience in home based and center based Applied Behavior Analysis programs. She has knowledge and experience in conducting Functional Analyses, skill and deficit assessments as well as developing individualized treatment programs for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, developing curriculums and running social skills groups. She is a current member of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis.
Katie White - Clinic Supervisor
Katie has been providing applied behavior analysis services for children in both home and clinical settings. Katie has a vast experience in teaching communication, social and self help skills as well as addressing various behavioral challenges that interfere with learning and natural environment functionality. Katie also has a lot of experience in developing social skills curriculum and facilitating social skills groups.
Katie Morris – Assistant Clinic Supervisor
Katie has experience in implementing applied behavior analysis services in individual and groups settings. Katie’s responsibilities include providing individual therapy, running and shadowing social skills groups as well as parent training.
Stephanie Delarosa – Therapy Staff
Stephanie has had experience in providing therapy for children in both home programs and clinical setting for the last 5 years. She has had experience in providing individual therapy concentrating on increasing language, social and self help skills, running social skills groups as well as school shadowing.
Naureen Surti – Therapy Staff
Naureen has had experience implementing applied behavior analysis services in home and clinical settings. Naureen’s responsibilities include providing individual therapy, running and shadowing social skills groups and school shadowing.
