Application process

1. Contact us via email or phone or download and complete specific applications (for consulting services or groups)

2. Fax/email application to us

3. When your application is received we will contact you within 3 business days

Enrollment process for consultative services

After our initial conversation with you:

• Assessment will be scheduled - it is usually done at our office and it could take up to 4 hours to complete (for younger children we may need to schedule the assessment over 2 days)
• Program will be developed based on assessment results
• Putting a team together - it is the parents' responsibility to locate and employ specific therapist but we can assist you with therapist selection.
• Implementing programs - your therapists will be implementing the designated programs in accordance with protocols
• Team meetings - are held every other week to review programs and data collected. Changes will be designed and implemented based on child's progress.
• Reassessment every six months

Enrollment process for social groups

• After the application is received you will be contacted to set up an initial meeting.
• Assessment will be completed.
• Child's goals will be determined based on assessment results
• Placement in a specific group will be determined based on assessment results
